typical american girl? yes.
(well, maybe not so much on the "typical".)
After spending the first 18 years of her life determined to have an existance revolving around music and her unquestionable talent, one semester in college shot that down with the realization that music as she had known it would never be "fun" again if it were, indeed, her chosen profession. Lost and floundering to choose a new path she took a mish-mosh of classes at the local community college and fell for graphic design. With a new passion and goal for the future she pursued a degree in Communications Graphics with a focus in Electronic Graphic Design...and continued on after graduating to take as many applicable classes as were available in the field to include web design/authoring and photo editing. The rest is an all-encompassing hodge podge of clients that range the gamut from corporate to government to individuals. With an inherited perfectionist nature and drive to excel, her attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet the client's wants, dreams and needs head-on have led to an impressive rate of customer satisfaction and a rather broad-spectrum portfolio.
On the side, she has been an avid volunteer for a local rescue group for cats and kittens, the 4Paws Rescue Team, serving in many capacities since 1997. To balance that, she exercises her heavy right foot as a race car driver. Originally an Import Drag Racer, she can trace her roots back almost the beginnings of the sport on the East Coast (somewhere around 1996). After becoming a hired professional driver from 2002-2004, earning runner-up status in two national championships and garnering several other titles and accolades, a bad wreck on track and back problems caused her to walk away from signing a very high-profile deal, and the sport as a whole. To fill the void she has taken up road racing and learning to turn rather than just go straight and is working on earning her instructor's license to teach fledgling racers the ways of the jedi.
Aside from all that you can find her romping around when the weather is nice in her Miata, hitting local metro area dives for some fun, or helping out family and friends.
hello.
